Ken is an A+ certified technician and has been with RCR for over 8 years.
Joe had worked in his family-owned grocery business for over 30 years until 2001 when he joined our Sales team. His first-hand knowledge of every aspect of this industry allows Joe to consult practical solutions and applications based on his vast experiences and specifically tailor them to meet his customers' business needs.
Michael brings 30 years of restaurant and hotel experience with him. A graduate of Johnson and Wales, Michael has owned two restaurants as well as catered large events and has been a chef and restaurant manager as well as an independent consultant. Michael has been instrumental in planning and opening teams of his own business, and also for independent restaurants and luxury hotels. His vast experience gives Michael first-hand knowledge and the ability to consult with our clients.
With his MS degree in Engineering coupled with Object Oriented Programming (Microsoft Visual Basic and C++) certification, Boris has programmed in languages such as Visual Basic, C, C++ and QuickBasic using multiple databases including, MS SQL Server, MS Access, Paradox and FoxPro. He has been directly involved in creating and maintaining inventory control applications for RCR’s customers as well as RCR’s own office operations.
