Tom established Reliable Cash Register, Inc. (RCR) in 1968 after working at NCR for 11 1/2 years as a service technician. He continues to monitor daily operations and is directly involved with custom software development.
Steve is certified with MICROSOFT as a MCSE and CNE trained professional. He has over 15 years of POS experience after having worked with both small and large companies such as MICROS Corporate in accounts such as Foxwoods Casino. He oversees our training and implementation department with an emphasis on leading-edge technology solutions for back office applications.
Todd, the consummate professional, has been certified by Micros and FUTURE POS and has been programming, installing, and troubleshooting POS systems, as well as training our customers at RCR for over 15 years.
Ed is an A+ certified technician who brings a vast knowledge of both technical and administration skills and has been addressing the service needs of our customers for the last 5 years. He continues to enhance our service department along with working with his staff of three Field Service Technicians who are all A+ certified.
Stan is an A+ certified technician and has been with RCR for over 25 years. He has always been a vital part of our customer relations departments in both service and support.
Bob brings his 10 years of field experience in MIS from both Big Y and Geissler’s Supermarkets to our staff. His hands-on knowledge of the industry has enabled him to quickly build a strong rapport with both existing and new customers over the course of the last six years at RCR.
